
Day 8 and powering along. Feeling happy & content and no longer have that bloated feeling, even when I am full. Yesterday, although not intended, ended up being a bit of a detox day, due to all the juice I drank. For breakfast I made a huge orange, mango and banana smoothie which filled me up for the morning. At around 2.30pm I then made myself a 'not as big' watermelon juice. Dinner comprised of a standard salad with a sweet orange and carrot salad. So far everything is going along smoothly with no recorded problems or complaints to report, although I do need to find motivation to start exercising again. Just the 30minute walk I was doing makes all the difference.
