Having a really good day today, as far as pain is concerned and feeling on top of the world. Usually after my morning exercises, I'm still a bit stiff and sore for a couple of hours, but this morning, the joints and muscles loosened up quite quickly and I feel great.
Over the last few days, I'm having a really strange craving for fish. This might not seem strange to the average person, but considering I'm not a huge fish eater and then when I do eat it, it has to be a very mild fish, like hake or something, I consider it very strange. This obviously means I'm lacking in something and my body is crying out for a particular mineral/vitamain - but what? Need to do some research.
