Another fortnight has passed and today was, weigh in and measurement day.
My current measurements are as follows:
Weight - 58kgs (2kg loss)
(Yippee) First time in many many years that I can claim to be under 60kgs. God it feels great! That is now a total of 10kgs that I have lost since the 1st December 2008.
Measurements - Chest 86cm (Nil loss)
Waist - 72cm (Nil loss)
Hips - 92.5cm (2.5cm loss)
Thighs - 96cm (1.5cm loss)
