Well it looks like I'm slowing down in the losing weight department. Must be getting very close to my intended weight. I estimate 55kgs, which will suit me nicely, I think.
Size 10 are becoming quite loose on me now and the size 8's in my wardrobe are fitting very snug. The extra kilo's I need to lose, should make these clothes fit perfectly.
Am continuing to exercise, twice daily, fifteen minutes in the morning and around 1/2 hour in the evening.
I am incorporating weights now in both sessions, which should build up my arms and shoulders. My main area to concentrate on is the stomach, hips and legs. I need to get these toned to give my body the overall trim look. At the moment it just seems to be my torso that looks this way. More work in those areas, should elimate that extra fat that my body just loves to hold on to.
Perhaps I may even consider going to the gym twice a week, to help me shift that fat. Will see how I go.

Weight 56.5kgs (1.5kg loss)
Chest 86cm (Nil loss)
Waist 70.5cm (1.5cm)
Hips 92.5cm (Nil loss)
Thighs 96cm (Nil loss)
