Day 44 - Tuesday 13th January 2009


Feeling great and am doing well on raw. I should probably be working out how many calories I am eating over a day, but I really don't find it important at the moment. While I'm losing weight, I am obviously not over eating and I'm sure my body will tell me if I'm undereating. At the moment I feel like I'm doing just fine and if feels right for me somehow. When I'm hungry, I eat, it's that simple and I'm certainly not doing without. A few times a week I'm eating raw bread, avocado's, nuts & seeds, which are all quite high in fat, so feel I'm certainly getting enough calories. All in all everything is going to plan, except for the exercise. Need to start walking again, like I've said previously, but haven't yet got around to it.
