Have started eating tomatoes, capsicum and pineapple again. It has made no difference to my wrist pain, giving them up. The pain is definately not arthritic and if my wrist was playing up for whatever reason, so would the rest of my arthritis.
I'm considering going to a natural therapist like acupuncture, bowen, reiki or something along those lines, to see if they can ease the pain, if it doesn't improve shortly. Will see what happens.
Next month hubby and I are going away for four days (first time in many years, so we're really looking forward to it). My main concern is meal times and the food available, so I've reserved myself to having cooked vegetables (steamed of stir fried), whichever they will do, but only if absolutely necessary. Salads should be available at the majority of places, so I shouldn't have a huge problem, hopefully. Although in saying that, at Christmas time I had the problem of a venue saying that it wasn't on the menu, so I couldn't have it. Will see how I go anyway.

I just stumbled across your blog and plan to go back and read the whole thing. I'm also in AUstralia and hoping to go raw vegan. Looking forward to being inspired by your journey! X
Thanks Clare. Appreciate your comments. Hope we can chat soon.
